Dr Mak was very patient, he thoroughly explained my dad’s treatment needs and the current condition of his teeth. His chair side manner is very calming, which helped to ease my dad’s dental anxiety. He started his deep cleaning same day which was great! Very convenient to have actual time allotted for treatment at his first visit, which most offices can’t do.
